We are located 5 km from the fantastic old town of Varenna, reachable in a few minutes by car and a few steps from the renowned Riva Bianca beach.
We welcome you in a clean and warm place where we offer a stay that will make you fall in love with the colours, the flavour and atmosphere that the area is known for.

The 90m2 villa has 3 floors: on the second floor is a double room with wardrobe, a storage room and a bathroom with shower and washing machine;
on the first floor a double room and a bathroom with bath;
on the ground floor an open space living room and kitchen from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the garden and the Lake.
The garden with a bersó, is available for the residents, upon request a barbecue is also available.
La Casetta has a private parking space for 3 cars.
Extra space and beds, including children’s beds are available on request.

Tourist tax
Varenna’s district ask a tourist tax of3 Euro for person for night for 7 night maximum.
